Our Story

A Movement Born from Tragedy & Hope

Safety Foundation was founded in 2015 by a group of road safety advocates after witnessing the devastating impact of preventable road accidents on Indian families. What started as a small helmet distribution drive in Delhi has grown into a nationwide movement reaching 50+ cities.

We believe that road fatalities are not inevitable — they are preventable. Through sustained education, community engagement, and collaboration with authorities, we work every day to change road behaviour across India.

Registered under the Societies Registration Act, we operate transparently with verified governance and published annual reports. Every rupee raised goes toward saving lives.
